No, she's just a new champion and OP like the most of all new champions.

Not at all. You just have to dodge her sleep and it's a free lane - easier said than done, though.

Definitely not, Zoe has low mobility (except her ult gives her a bit of mobility..) and her skill shots can easily be dodged, making her vulnerable to assassins.

I remember absolutely hating her before. Nowadays she's nothing special but her walking animations trigger me.

Honestly fuck Zoe she is so fucking infuriating man the worst champ to vs in lane

I feel shes really not very utilised but can be OP played by the right person who can do the Q > R > E > Q combo as that is a squishy killer and you don't even need a person to misplace themselves.
