Zoe is really bad.
Any one who can stay behind minions and has a blink or escape can outplay her.
Zed, Kat, yas, Talon are hard counter her.

She is good when someone know how to use her skills properly. When someone doesnt she is easy target to kill by assassins. I think she ins like 1-2 tier right now.

Riot likes to make champs broken from time to time tho

now she's kinda bad, other than her mobility spells she gets outpushed and she lets the enemy roam easily

Yes still op you should know every champion have it's own way just need to know how to play

I thought Zoe was pretty easy to play against... after all, you could see when her will use the spells. But you just can't, it's too demn fast.
