Atom for small projects, but usually phpStorm or Webstorm

I think atom is a really good IDE i also like notepad++

I'm sorry, but Sublime Text/Notepad++ is not 'The way to go'. There are reasons why they aren't leading the way in this area.

By far, the best IDE has to be full Visual Studio.

Then close you have Visual Studio Code (basically built from the same stuff as Atom, just much better, and more funded).

And then there's Dreamweaver, a close 3rd.

Jetbrains PHPStorm and notepad++ when i need to edit just a file Smile

i'm using vscode. Lately it is the best ide in web world.

Sublime Text 3, by far the best ide for me !
Netbeans isn't bad tho.

PhpStorm, because it is one of the most powerfull IDE for Web developers :3

I usually use IntelliJ IDEA since it looks clean. I used to use Atom but preferred IntelliJ IDEA.

I use notpad++ and suplimetext they both are very usefull
