Today I give up smoking

GL dude, im trying to quit once again.. but when using vape u wont need to worry about cigarettes.. the problem is when we quit smoking and nor even think about using vaper or so.. this is hard...
but its a start :D

Does the juice you bought contain any type of nicotine? Not sure how much vaping helps but if it can get you a step closer to quitting cigs then it's fine.

I guess he could get juice that contains nicotine but dropping the actual content of it with time, to not get his organism into some kind of withdrawal. I've been smoking for two years now thanks to stressful life at university, but to be fair, I don't see vaping as a replacement for me, guess the death's imminent.

yes star the juice contains nicotine, whilst I still have the familiarity of the hand movements like smoking, I have not smoked since 8 am, it's now 9 pm woot woot :D

That's great OP, e-cigs are a great alternative. I recommend that you should try Vanilla Cookie Cream or Salted Caramel Macaron, they taste amazing.

Wow, they sound amazing, I have strawberry milkshake at the moment but I do love both vanilla and salted caramel, and please, don't call me OP seems wierd lol, my name is Chris.. or cgtweb, whichever you prefer

I don't think we did it for the same reasons.. and it's vapour not smoke.. but thanks haha :lol:

Yea vapour x) I was not doin well with cigs, e-cig is way better for my health atm, but still we never knows what illness we can get with that in like 10years.

apparently they can cause something called popcorn lung, google it... gross, I think it is just a scare tactic imposed by the government because they make so much money on the tax of tobacco but not vapes
