Today I give up smoking

nice, ecig is a point of start. but even ecig are really dangerous for your body (and im talking as a smoker)

yeah I hear you, but I have been smoking more than a decade, time to knock it on the head I think.

yeah its definitely the time.. it will be very hard buut you have to keep pushing

suprisingly it has not been that hard, It's 11:30 pm and I had one cigarette this morning before I even got the e-cigarette so feeling good :D

not to make things harder xD but i'm pretty sure you will notice it later on (i've been through it)

I've practically quit smoking cigarettes but weed I don't really want to quit suddenly lol.

Good luck with that bro. You will get a lot healthier! I'd stay out of e-cigs aswell, some people say are unhealthy aswell.
