Why is darkrp so popular?

DarkRP is Very popular because it is not difficult to learn and very malleable for customization

you people have no social life and finger being in life in darkrp

I think the fact that it has been around for so long helps. Although in my opinion, DarkRP is pretty stale and is sadly used as a base by a lot of other gamemodes nowadays.

It's all in the role, the player has much more possibilities than a Slasher, Sandbox, Murder and BaseWars
And there will always be new roles(probably)

Because you get to know many People and have fun in many ways

Its fun to play various jobs like mafia and gangster which you can not do in real life

LIKE BRO!, I cant even make my own server and get players!

It is so popular because it is easy for people to play without skills.

Rp Server are most likely to be popular, because of all the Things you can do

Dark Roleplay, was the first gamemode to come out on the Garry's Mod Multiplayer and ever since, its been the easiest way to retrieve players only if you want to make alot of money off of it.
