Basically, I suggested adding Dark Web into the rules for Disallowed Blackhat Activity since it's bannable.

Honestly I feel like the Help Documents could use a good upgrade. There are a lot of rules that are pretty vague that I feel we could go more in-depth into rather than just the Disallowed Blackhat Activity rule.

yeah I also agree on that but not sure if that ever gonna happen since it'd time consuming.
