I think there are certain areas where the Help Doc needs to be updated. For instance, in theDisallowed Blackhat Activity it only states 6 blackhat activity which is not allowed which is Carding, Fake programs, Account Trading, Warez, and Phishing. However, it doesn't state that a in depth discussionabout the deep web will lead to a ban. I feel like people will think it's allowed to talk about it since it is not in the rules. I also, feel like NulledBB has to explain every single possibility in the rules but it doesn't have to be extremely in depth it could just flat out certain subject from being talked about to not do extra work. So, for this instance it could be that the discussion of deep web is forbidden which would lead to them not having to write a bunch of rules for it.Another area, that needs some update is the Awards section since the link leading to the Request Award section is not the right one.

Talking about the deep web isn't against the rules, the deep web isn't illegal.

The deep web does hold some nasty stuff, though. Not even sure why it isn't consider illegal.

That's like saying PayPal is illegal cuz you can launder money with it.
or that sleeping pills should be illegal cuz you can OD on them.

Apples and Oranges. In my opinion, the deep web is used for malicious things, depending on how far deep you go. The surface isn't that bad, though the other levels, yikes.

I don't know where you were going with the sleeping pill thing, though. Lol

Just because something can be used for harm doesn't mean it should be illegal.
The surface is the world wide web, the deep web is so called under, but I get what you meant.

Dunno I got banned for writing a tutorial on using the deep web to buy drugs but never included any onion links. So, that why I thought the rules should be updated to state that's not allowed :c

I get that it's not in the rules and maybe we should specify a little bit, but telling people how to break the law is usually against the rules.
Especially when it's something as major as drugs, weaponry, credit card fraud and stuff like that.

There is a difference between the Deep Web and the Dark Web.

Deep Web is simply the part of the Internet that internet providers, government surveillance, and search engines have no reach or watch over.

The Dark Web is the content within the Deep Web that is highly illegal. When you gave the information on which sites to go onto in order to find onion links to shops, you were informing people which DARK WEB sites within the DEEP WEB had to be used.

Overall Context over Specified Notion, keep that in mind.
I apologize for everything

So, I guess the proper thing to do is disallowing talkrelated to the Dark Web as a rule for Disallowed Blackhat Activity.
