I'm asking the age old question, do you need sleep?

Yes, you need sleep else it'll affect your health later on.

Yes because through sleep you can get to different places and do all the crap that you can not do in real life.

Yes, it's absolutely important for your health (mental, physical and emotional). Also without sleep, you can't hit fitness goals, work efficiently, or make good decisions without it. Even more so, if you have a job which requires brainpower.

Yeah, and its very dangerous to go more than 2 days without sleep.

Sleeping is definitely important and without it will have an effect on your mood, and much more

My mother only slept five hours a day when she was working and it really affected her mood so yeah I'd say you definitely need sleep. I don't think Doctors are 100% sure why though.

i dont like sleep, but u need 8hr or 6hr sleeping, imagine what u can do with this time.

No not really, I mean if aging and taking care of your body don't matter.
