How to up rank easy?

There is no really easy way to rank up you just have to grind and improve yourself

I dont recommend you to rank up fast because then you play against better enemies

I recommend for ranked,abuse the meta or lulu twitch/kog, find new ways to end the game fast go for objectives farm etc.
You should have 4 champs in your pool, since your champions might get bannedand might need to play offrole, also its better to stick to 4 champs early.

for leveling you should just play bots or draft with xp boost
