You have to train longer, example play sandbox for training farming.

You level up alot easier now then you did in 2010, just play and learn the games, even spend $5 on the game, buy a exp boost when you know you can play for like 12hours one day.

Well, you can play intermediate bots up until lvl 20 but it's extremely boring than playing regular draft until lvl 30. Fastest way ofc is to pay for xp boosts.

try hard all of time, but i never go to diamond :D

Buy boost from me and ull get diamond in no time. :D
