I actually started with Akame ga kill not knowing that it's ending is so uncommon compared to all the others and only realized this after watching few others myself

The first anime I watched was Naruto, and the second was Hajime on ippo. (highly recommended) xD

The first anime that I watched was Pokemon back in 98. :x

The first anime ive watched was probably pokemon. But when I got to middle school and got introduced to the non mainstream anime, the first non mainstream anime ive watched was Assassination Classroom.

Unless you include the occasional episode of Pokemon, Naruto, and Bleach on Tsunami, I started out on AoT. I think I binge-watched season 1 in two days,

Speed Racer technically. Voltron was the first anime that I watched knowing that it was anime though. Pretty rough back then haha.
