I think the first anime I watched was Pokemon, then it was probably Naruto or Yu-Gi-Oh

aside from pokemon. it was rurouni kenshin. that anime got me into watching more animes. it has a great plot too i highly recommend it

Death Note. It was so... interesting. Seriously, it's really unique, the protagonist it's a bad guy.
