Increasing FPS

Mostly problems with FPS occur when many add-ons with active parts are installed. The teams in this case will not help. What is your processor, video card and how much RAM do you have?

You just need to put the grapihc settin's in low and close the web page and u gonna get way more fps

type gmod_mcore_test 1 in console
change map
disable some addons
change texture quality

you lower your game settings and then you have more fps

Go to your Add-Ons and delete every useless Add-On you have. That helps really out. But sometimes there is a other problem for low FPS. Just try everything you can do.

There are some configs out there if you just do some googling for it.

I think its because there are a lot of addons i have a GTX 1080 and i only have 40 fps on darkrp Servers.

Syne gmod is singlethread game, i think you need a good CPU with >3.5GHz

Just buy a RTX 2080 Ti it should increase your fps.

Remove the old Addons and just lower the graphics settings
