Is mining dead?

Bitcoin is slowly become low price and we could say if it don't go back up it gonna be shit

People still mine, they had to make profit to keep going right? But as far as i know they are usually big mining farms who could keep up mining. Graphics cards or mining rigs are really expensive and when you add electricty cost then there is very little profit left for you. And also we should keep in mind that btc has dropped significantly since its peak on last year, so altcoins maybe humm?

Cloud mining was also going to hurt people in the end. I ended up cashing out big time but not had a payout for nearly a year due to the BTC price crash.

I believe that utilizing GPU for mining still holds hope for the patient wolf. The days of cpu mining are clearly over.
