Sony Vegas or After Effects?

sony vegas is mainly for simple editing and stuff, ae is more for special effects

Sony vegas pro its the best <3 , lot of things in for editing

Since I'm already used to the adobe suite, and pay for creative cloud, After Effects.

Sony vegas easier to use and for beginners
After effects is more complicated and takes a while to learn

i never a fan of adobe, so vote for sony vegas

adobe is bloated and resource hog

I used Sony Vegas for years, and i know how to edit with it... After Effects have more options and is more functional but im a nub with it

i have used sony Vegas pro in the past. i donthave experiancewith after effects. so imma say sony vegas.

Both are made for a different purpose. Sony Vegas to edit videos and After Effects to create animations.

I prefer Adobe Premiere for video editing

I dont think you can compare those two. After effects is for virtual FX and Sony Vegas is basicly only for cutting and arranging
