What the fuck? I tagged 1 staff member once. The tagging feature exists with a reason, what is the problem now.

sir, this section exists for a reason. everything that is posted here gets seen by staff with or without tagging them (read nasyr's post); the point we're trying to get across here is that you're wasting their time when you could just be patient and wait for a response if they deem it important enough to reply to.

don't try to force them to reply with tags, that is all. and don't be so fucking trigger happy with your rep button, i didn't neg you for not getting the point even though i could have done it instead of replying to your post and trying to make you understand what you did wrong. ty.

1. It's redundant. (It's a mod's job to look at these regardless).

2. They are doing it for free which is why you should respect them and not annoy them.

Some mods don't mind, but like I said already, it's frowned upon in general.
