Yeah, that's not full sprinting though. When you run for a sport vs running for your life it's complete opposites. It's like racing your friend vs running from someone with a knife.

I didnt mean to say it was sprinting, I meant it's running. I was trying to make a clear line between the two. Apologies if that wasn't clear.
I was referring to another type of racing, but failed to actually include what I meant. Quite stupid of me, but ah well.

I edited the comment you replied to as I sounded quite hostile. Nah, not your bad, i failed to define whay I was actually talking about.

But yeah, the difference between sprinting and running needs to be outlined when referencing endurance. All that's really relevant in sprinting is speed, agility and capability. Endurance all that relevant, as therr will likely be very equal endurance competition in sprints.

Not even sure it that makes sense either. I'm at work, so I'm semi-distracted. Apologies.
