You can study "Sublime Text" or "Notepad ++"
This programs is so easy to learn.

I run a hosting company and manage a community radio station's website.
I use NotePad++ & Frontpage for my coding purposes, and Photoshop for the design era.

A lot of people start with CSS and HTML, and use Notepad++ as their text editor to begin with.

I'm learning web development and i work with SublimText and mostly Visual Studio Code.

ATOM is the best program cuz have autocompletions and hints and i recommend to start with html,css,js and after that you can try bootstrap remember the basics are most important for beginners there's a lot of tutorials
