Looking on your phone after waking up?

Usually, when I wake up and look at my phone it's because of an alarm. Once I've made a coffee I check Discord and NBB.

I don't always look at my phone but when I do it's only for like 2-3 minutes.

yes i did that, but just to ch3ck some important chat and news, not a problem for me, i will leave to other activities after that.
im still using s6edge with small batt and used to check and play my phone briefly.

I don't think it's really a problem lol. Everybody checks their phones because something might have came up whilst asleep.

It's this generation, I do the same sadly. As I type I stopped to look at my phone and most of the time it's no one new.

Business requires me to always be on top of emails so it's a habit I need to keep

I also look at my phone when I get up, but it is to see if I have an important noftification, or a missed call. What I do not do is respond to messages, at that time I do not process anything right, the messages haha

That's curiosity, I just have to see if something is happening. That's the fact that I just want to know everything that is happening around me
