Best way to climb up elo without tilting?

best way and easiest for me to get Diamond , was to mute all , and only play SUPPORT

it was for me EZ to like not wanna be under pressure of dmg making etc etc but i guess that personal

I found duoing with someone really helps, It allows you to talk about stuff and have atleast one other person that you can count on thats not going to be trash

Watch some funny moment, compilations or anything funny and u r good to go again

In solo Q the hard thing is the mates you get if they are trash your only opinion is to try and carry thats what makes the game...

/Mute all focus on your lane and focus on winning yourself don't count on your team making any plays your mindset should be 1v5
