Best way to climb up elo without tilting?

you have to go into each game with a new mental. you have to forget the game before, and remember that the only way you win is if you play your best. you can control the game, but only if youre at your full potential.

Most of the time i mute all and hear my favorite music and just try to stay focused and call myself that it is just a game and if u tilt u will just play more worse so there isnt a reason to tilt xD

Fact of the matter is man, you will also have games where you're tilted or play bad. Everyone does. You gotta stop blaming your team (Even when it is their fault) and just ask yourself the question "How could I have played this better?" - Improve yourself, flaming others will only make you lose more.

The obvious. Mute chat, mute pings and don't play scaling champs. Your team won't carry, you have to.

/mute all and try to play Duo with a good partner. Stop and take breaks, tilt is a norma thing.

Just keep playing something you enjoy, even if you lose, as long as you keep a winrate above 50% you will slowly climb
