What was the first Anime that you watched, that actually got you into anime for real?

Well, not too long ago (some time in 2018), a friend from college introduced me to "The Seven Deadly Sins" (aka "Nanatsu No Taizai"). I only saw the first 2 or 3 episodes and I was already hooked ^-^' It took me a while to finish (thanks school ;u, but I finished it. I don't know, but even though Meliodas can seem too OP, it's still very fun to watch ^-^ Oh, but don't even get me started on how sad Season 3 Episode 9 was ;u;,,,).
