The best thing you can do is a pattern, you need to sleep at the same time everyday, and after a while you're body will get used to sleeping at that time, however I neglect this and my sleep pattern is whack, I tend to take sleeping medicine an hour before bed and I fall asleep within 15 mins. You can at least in the UK buy herbal tablets which help as well.
