Basically, tell yourself you're going to accomplish a set amount of work before you take a 30 minute break to play games. After that break, you HAVE to force yourself to go back and continue until everything is done. This may not work for everyone as it requires some form of self-control, but the more you motivate yourself to get work done, the better.
