Profile comments

This isn't a bad suggestion but would require to be tweaked, perhaps into the reports system where staff would remove comments. The reason for this is that some comments may have some valid stance on it, such as the user has scammed as an example. In the meantime if you find a profile that has a lot of spam on it you can report the profile with the reason Other and input a message like "Wall full of spam" and we'll remove the spam on walls.
