While I was looking around,I happened to look at the profiles of some people.
What I noticed is that some of them had a barrage of spam comments from the same people.
I am not talking about friendly comments and chats.It was like two pages worth of spam.
Hence,I recommend: A deletion button
I understand the existence of the comments,but I would suggest this option to allow the owner to erase specific comments he deems inappropriate.But,to keep the comment's true purpose alive,how about granting permission to erase only after a user has posted more than one comments(and setting a minimum of comments per person to exist)

Reps are points given by other members of the community.The higher you are,the more you can give(or take).
Vouches are for people that do transactions.
Comments are more general and everyone can write something there.Plus,they are not like rep and can not be abused.
However,several "respectable" members have barraged some of the profile comments section with spam and nonsense,making then an eyesore.
That's basically what to be able to do,to remove certain comments if a limit is exceeded.
