ATLA Netflix adaptation?

i was already kind of hesitant with it because the live action movie from before was so bad, i don't really think its something thats meant to be live action... maybe itll surprise me and be really good, but i just don't trust it. not to mention netflix has sort of let me down with some of their writing time and time again. :/ death note being a real good example.
