PLEASE HELP AMBIENT SOUND

Im trying to make a Garry`s Mod Server. But my biggest Problem is the Ambient-(Background) Sound from the Maps.
I looked already in the Internet and asked many People but nobody knew how to turn them off. Stopsound and the other Commands dont work.
