[Guide] Ripping models from Sketchfab

I'm trying to ripthis model because it's my car and I want to use it for (private) architectural visualization within Twinmotion.

I just don't get python to work properly.
I'm using python 3.1.9 but there's only a command-promt, no user interface to define the paths.

Should add that i'm absolutely newby with python.
