If you REALLY don't want to eat "healthy," then at least cut back in the amount of food you eat daily. Try and completely cut out snacking and keeping yourself in a caloric deficit and you'll start noticing a difference within a week or two. Throw in some moderate exercising on top of that like jogging or biking and you'll see results in no time. The hard part is just sticking with it.

Eating healthy is hard, but if you start cooking with healthier foods like chicken, broccoli, asparagus, etc. you'll find that "healthy" food can actually be pretty tasty, and does a better job at filling you up!
