Getting some excersise and eating better. Sadly, you lose body fat in a uniform way.

If you REALLY don't want to eat "healthy," then at least cut back in the amount of food you eat daily. Try and completely cut out snacking and keeping yourself in a caloric deficit and you'll start noticing a difference within a week or two. Throw in some moderate exercising on top of that like jogging or biking and you'll see results in no time. The hard part is just sticking with it.

Eating healthy is hard, but if you start cooking with healthier foods like chicken, broccoli, asparagus, etc. you'll find that "healthy" food can actually be pretty tasty, and does a better job at filling you up!

One word cardio. If you want to use fatburner pills they work pretty well but requires you to workout aswell to have an effect!

Lose more calories than you are gaining. Just find out how many calories your body loses normally and then keep your caloric intake below the maintenance calorie number. If you stay in a caloric deficit than you will lose weight for sure

I read an article a while ago that said if you want endurance, do xyz; if you want bursts of power, do such-and-such exercises.

But forget about speed, strength, or a killer six-pack. I just don't want to get a double chin, and my burgeoning one is scaring me.

the more weight you loose eventually it will go away but be healthy don't starve your self make sure you just exercise. people think they will loose weight from eating nothing its false you just wont be able to function properly you need to kick start your metabolism eat small meals more often and ride your bike or go out for walks
