I recommend dumbbells, monkey fist, squats and push-ups, a horizontal bar in the house. These activities do not require preparation and a lot of time, this is not a running for which you need to strain and go to workout. Just place the dumbbells next to the computer and do the exercises every time you AFK or sit down at the computer. This way, you don't have to force yourself, do pull-ups or push-ups, these are simple and quick activities.
