If one thing is certain, it's that I need to move more. However, I can't seem to keep up a workout routine and it's no fun either.
Do you have any tips to share how to get more active without throwing in the towel after a week?

To begin with, you must kill yourself psychologically, then after that think you can do it all the time, if there are doubts then there is no point in trying because you are not sure of yourself

pay for gym sessions
gets kinda hard to not follow ur workout routine when there's money wasted if you don't

started gym this month, whole body in pain all week. am i going to give up? no, it's worth it imo
not cuz of money but more like me being an actual femboy and not even being able to lift 20kg properly Teehee so i just decided to go for it and get muscle while keeping myself healthy at the same time

just set a goal for urself, if you really want to "get into" it you'll have to or else you'll have no motivation Cute
Awoo~!

I believe the hardest thing about physical exercise is having the motivation to get started on the activity you have planned. If you can do that then you have already won the battle.

I've heard that tactic works several times by now - I guess nobody wants to waste money. Would love to try it out but right now there are 2 problems: can't really afford it or more like shouldn't and due to the lockdowns it's always uncertain you can even go there. Also I've never been to a gym and the thought of it makes me a little.. nervous. Peepos

xd yea, idk where you live but depending on the country it might be better to just steer clear from them at least for now
why do you get nervous though when you think about going to a gym? Teehee
