Advice/ Tips on how to quit masturbation addiction?

remove all forms of motivation to do so...
you know that chick you shadow-follow on instagram, you dont actually follow her but you save her posts- yeah block that chick and unsave her posts.
the same goes for any other "eyecandy" you save or follow, unsubscribe to reddit threads or twitters, youtubes. and just keep your mind busy.... start a server, make music, build your body, have something to work towards that'll consume your addiction of masturbation and transform it into an addiction to achieve what you're working for.
