Well there's some way around it but i think a good one is just to stop or when you feel like doing it just look at some messed up things to kill your mood, or think about something personal that is a mood killer and you will be good.

get a gf lol, that's how i stopped. or go on a family holiday or somewhere where you literally can't masturbate. after you get over the first week that's the hardest part done. but it's probably better to just stop watching porn, masturbating is good for you.
