Try remove oil or reducing oil since fat is 8 calories per gram. Load up on protein and slow digesting carbs. Eat a more plant based diet like beans, legumes, fruits, veggies. Remove saturated fat, trans fat and high fat meat products like beef, red meat, processed meat.
Eat simple non processed plant based diet most of the time and lift weights.
