I need some tips to work, so I can lose some belly fat.

You can't choose where to loose fat from but morning runs with an empty stomach + if you eat a loty make sure it is during the day and very little at night.

Basically you just need to reduce the amount of kcal you eat every day. Jogging can be effectiv to burn some energy but it is not mandatory

You cant chose where you burn your fat, except if you do liposuction. I would suggest a kcal deficit of 500-1000 kcal per day for a steady weight decrease

Anything that keeps you moving will work. If you can't run, walk. If you can't walk, swim. The hardest part is actually getting started.

I really haven't got a specific tip, but I will suggest more like doing sports that help like the people are telling here above.

Also keep doing it and not just losing it.
