Just cardio, people overthink cardio, ride a bike, elliptical, it's really not hard to do, flip on TV and maintain a good pace while watching TV, in 30 minutes you can have burned 400 calories- the caloric count of the lunch you just ate prior to exercising.

Keto diets are also an option but that crap is absolute hell on earth.
