1) do regular cardio
2) avoid fatty foods (especially trans fat)
3) start consuming more proteins
it would be more helpful for you to consult a dietician but these are basically the ground rules.
don't completely reduce one thing out of your diet, make sure to keep it balanced; it'll be a long process but in the end it'll be worth it.
