[Guide] Ripping models from Sketchfab

Hello.
I am not experienced with Python nor Blender, and am having trouble figuring this out.
I am able to extract models with the .binz format, but I'm unable to do so with any models involving animations. I've tried the few guides there are online, but clicking "Import" after selecting the .htm does nothing.
This is the model in question.
