ModMyBB Threats. Bullshit?

So I used the Userbar Hue plugin shared by Aoki here. I, like many others, have received an email regarding this by ModMyBB. and I am starting to believe that they can't do anything, since I have not received any emails after this one was placed.

Unless you start complying with our EULA and terms of service, ModMyBB.com will be forced to take action.

I just realized I got this email right now. This was sent over 20 days ago...

So I guess no action will be placed?

I edited the title source, so if anything I will say I got the plugin by *insert random name here*
