So I used the Userbar Hue plugin shared by Aoki here. I, like many others, have received an email regarding this by ModMyBB. and I am starting to believe that they can't do anything, since I have not received any emails after this one was placed.

Worst case scenario is your host asks you to remove the content due to a DMCA claim.

Whether or not they suspend you is at the hosts discretion.
