The only way to salvage what remains of their shipwrecked economy is for another country to begin aiding them, much like India has. China is a wildcard and I think is waiting it out before making an official decision. Russia has damaged their reputation on the world stage with their failed invasion, significant number of war crimes, and overall lack of logistical planning. There's no way they recover from this, at least not while Putin is in power.
