I usually force myself to pull an all nighter and hope by the time I'm supposed to go to bed I'm drained enough to actually fall asleep. Then the nights following I'll take sleeping pills and make sure all screens/lights are off an hour before I intend to fall asleep. That way you can kind of reset your internal clock.
