I don't understand this part of your explanation:

"People are mistaking C = 1000 just because they think they are subtracting 10 kg.

But we are not just subtracting 10 kg but an archer which is of 10 kg."

I mean we are subtracting the weight of an archer, which is 10 kg.
I don't get why you said that we are not.
