In addition to this, have a look at your .htaccess file. See if there's anything unusual in there. I am familiar with this popping up on Wordpress when it goes awry, but I don't think I've experienced it with MyBB.

It's either CloudFare or your .htaccess. Try viewing from a browser other than chrome, and if the problem still persists, you need to have an in-depth look at your .htaccess file.

Aside from the above, you seem to have more underlying problems. Login attempts sometimes fail with a 403 error.

I'm still edging towards an .htaccess issue.

I literally have a plugin that gives that error. Its an anti ddos one. Ill disable it and see if it works. And my name isnt seth lol.
