If you can consistently work on your network for at least 4 months you'll be surprised how many dedicated players you rack up. Try advertising on top server listing sites and ask for reviews on gaming forums. Keep your server simple and noob-friendly. Listen to your players and take suggestions seriously. Host contests, make it fun!
