Steam green light shutdown.

Like fdigl said, they need a team to crack down on that stuff, but they aren't going to do it. Valve wants Steam to somehow stay afloat by itself and they don't touch it much. But I think in the long run, that isn't going to work. They could at the very least increase that fee.
