Just make some amazing jobs that are custom to the server and are free! Your biggest issue will be gettings players, NOT getting money. Getting donations can actually fairly simple, but without a playerbase impossible. So make all the cool jobs and such, and make it for everone to enjoy! Also, make sure to let me know when the server is up!
